This decoder is set up with a new electronic chart, built with last generation microprocessors and DSP. Two indicators (LED) notice the functioning of the decoder but also the passage, when emergency power-supplied. An internal battery ensures the operation of the decoder in case of a cut sector.
Four tricolour leds indicate the state of the various loops entries :
A LCD billsticker, with 2 lines of 16 characters and a backlight, mentions the last identified number, the noise level and the detection level of the loop selected by the function buttons.
He also indicates the race time or the real hour, which can be synchronized by the internal GPS or the computer. Two pushbuttons allow the dialogue with the decoder.
This charger is delivered in an aluminium case and allows reloading 40 transponders in only 3 hours.
The Chronelec transponders are set up with Lithium-ion batteries.
Advantages :
The Chronelec LS and Chronelec Elite transponders are the evolution of the Protime LS and Protime Elite transponders. They from now on are equipped with lithium-ion batteries. The autonomy of these transponders is 15 days for Chronelec LS and 10 days for Chronelec Elite. The charging of these transponders is done in only 3 hours.
When the transponders are in place in the charger (not under tension), their deactivation is automatic, which ensures an autonomy of several months. Only one charging per annum is necessary to maintain the transponders in state. A tricolour led indicates their charging state and their autonomy.
These transponders use nowadays a new protected protocol of transmission.
Information of the level of charging is transmitted to the decoder at the time of the transponder's passage on the loop. As in the preceding versions, these transponders are programmable externally (Number).
