This transponder is delivered with a Lithium-ion battery. With its small dimensions, it can easily be placed on a belt, around the wrist or the leg without embarrassing the competitor.
The battery can be replaced directly by the customer when it is empty (battery type: CR2450).
LED indicates proper operation of the transponder when it is activated by the loop.

The height of detection transponder depends on :
- The disturbance signal in the loop (Noise)
- The lenght of the loop (5 to 25 m, 16 to 82 ft)
- The width of the loop (more the width is large and more the height of detection increase, and vice versa)
- The sensitivity level of detection (0 means high sensitivity)
