Description Protime RK Transponder
The Protime RK transponder is recommended for rental karting. No maintenance is necessary because this transponder is delivered with a Lithium-ion battery of 5 years autonomy.
An "active" loop is required to activate the transponder.
The autonomy is sent to the decoder when the transponder passes over the loop.

The height of detection transponder depends on :
- The disturbance signal in the loop (Noise)
- The lenght of the loop (5 to 25 m, 16 to 82 ft)
- The width of the loop (more the width is large and more the height of detection increase, and vice versa)
- The sensitivity level of detection (0 means high sensitivity)
