18.02.2007 - Innovation with Protime R.C.S for 2007
With a very reduced format, this new transponder activated by the loop, is equipped with exceptional performances for its category.
It was especially developed for the following disciplines: ROLLER, CYCLING, VTT, SKI, ATHLETICS.
Thanks to its extremely low consumption (< 2µA) and its activation at the time of the passage on the loop, this transponder has a 5 years autonomy.
Only one load in 5 years for several tens of thousands of passages.
The completely automated manufacture of a first series of 10 000 transponders will begin in February 2007 at Chronelec.

14.02.2007 - Without fail for the 2nd Enduropale / Quaduro of Le Touquet 2007
For the 2nd Enduropale / Quaduro, Chronelec and the FFM (French Federation of Motorcycling) have achieved a flawless timing service.
The Elite2005 software once again proved reliable for a race of such an importance (347 quads and 974 motor bikes at starting line !).

08.02.2007 - Le Touquet 2007, 2nd Enduropale / Quaduro
On February 10th-11th, Chronelec and the FFM (French Federation of Motorcycling) will be dealing together with the live results on the internet, the TV display with a modem (distance = 6km) and the TV results for FRANCE 3 (French TV Channel) thanks to the Elite2005 Software.

23.10.2006 - Race informations in cars
During FFSA series at Magny Cours (October 21, 22), Chronelec installed few displays in Formulas Renault and GT series.
The information transmitted by the existing cables (intermediate loops and main loops) makes it possible to inform in real time the driver about the various events of races according to the traversed sectors. (flag red, yellow, blue, green, black, drive through, stop and go….)
Using these displays, drivers will be able to also receive messages from the race direction, timekeepers or their team. The messages or orders from race direction are priority. The software makes it possible to select a driver, a group of driver or all drivers.
12.09.2006 - Chronelec signs for 3 years with FFSA
With the impulse of François BERNARD (responsible for regulations) and Christian GUEGUEN (responsible for timing), Chronelec is in relation with FFSA (French Federation of Automobile Sport) since March 2006, in order to propose innovating solutions for timing.
At the end of several tests during FFSA and FR series, a contract was signed for 3 years with FFSA. Chronelec supply intermediate times or speed and the progressive installation of pilots identification system in GT series.
Individual transponders chronelec's will be proposed to the pilots in 2007.
