The LS transponder (approved FFSA and UFOLEP) is recommended for the off-road (Motocross, Quad, Kart cross, Autocross, Sprint Car, Rallycross…) and the kart racing.
The LS transponder is delivered with a NiMh battery or with a direct connection to the vehicle’s battery.
When the transponders are in the charger, the standby mode is automatic, which offers an autonomy of several months.
The transponders have a 4 days autonomy when they are continuously used. A tricolor LED indicates the level of charge and the autonomy.
The information on the level of charge is sent to the decoder when the transponder passes over the loop.
